Legal
Effective: 1 September 2026
This policy explains how Wittra Networks AB handles personal data when you visit wittra.ai. The short version: we run no advertising and no profiling, and analytics only with your consent. We process personal data only when you choose to send it to us, and we tell you exactly which third parties are involved.
The data controller for wittra.ai is Wittra Networks AB, reg. no. 556932-0988, C/o The Works, Västra Järnvägsgatan 3, 3 tr, 111 64 Stockholm, Sweden. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@wittra.se.
Contact, partnership and investor forms. When you submit a form on our contact page, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, role, region and your message. We use them for one purpose only — to answer you and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and, where your enquiry leads towards an agreement, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Email correspondence. If you email or call us, we process the contact details and content you provide, on the same bases.
Technical server logs. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request metadata as an inherent part of serving the site and defending it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Some content on the site is served by third parties, which receive your IP address when that content loads. Our consent banner lets you choose "Essential only", in which case this content stays off:
You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Form and email enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the business relationship it may lead to, after which they are deleted. Hosting logs are retained by our provider for a short, security-driven period.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@wittra.se and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or your local supervisory authority.
If we change how the site handles personal data — for example by adding a new service — we will update this policy and its effective date before the change goes live.
